Some examples are:
ª Can we talk next Thursday at 1pm?
ª Should we talk?

4. Use a warm greeting. Be informal and inviting. Begin your emails with a warm greeting and the recipient's first name, such as “Hi, Joe.”
If you don’t have a person's name, don't email that company. Get the person's name first.

5. Keep your emails short. Be sure to keep your email as short as possible so as to make it a quick read.

A good rule is, do not use more than four sentences in a paragraph. Try to limit your email to three paragraphs and a one sentence line as your ending/closing paragraph.

6. Don't worry about grammar and being proper. Emails must feel their personal and less like a business letter. Write conversationally and don't get stuck on grammar. The more comfortable your message is, the more likely you will get responses.
